The house

You wake up to the ocean and the dry-forest canopy.

A three-level house built so twelve people can share it without getting in each other's way: separate living areas, high ceilings, and soundproofed UV-protected windows in every room.

The hanging-bed balcony

A suspended bed for reading, meditating or staying put to watch the sun go down. It connects to the private third-floor rooftop terrace, furnished and shaded by a pergola: the highest and quietest spot in the house.

25-yard lap pool

A full-length infinity pool, not a decorative one: you can actually swim laps while the sun sets. Next to it, a grill area, outdoor dining, loungers and a full outdoor bathroom. Outdoor shower and a place for the surfboards.

After sunset

The house changes character at six thirty.

Pool lighting, a fenced perimeter with exterior cameras, a closed garage for three cars and a smart lock with your own code. Self check-in at any hour: nobody has to wait up for you, and nobody gets in without your code.

The entire house is yours alone.
